The dust removal bag is a component of a dry dust filtering device that is suitable for collecting dry, non fibrous dust with minimal particle size. Dust removal bags are generally made of textile filter cloth and nonwoven felt, and can be divided into three categories according to the use temperature:
Normal temperature dust removal cloth bag: Mainly made of polypropylene, polyester, and other filter materials through non-woven and textile processes, it has excellent performance such as good breathability, smooth surface, good dimensional stability, and dust is not easy to adhere and peel off. It is mainly used for dust removal and room temperature flue gas treatment in normal temperature industries with dust pollution.
Medium temperature dust removal cloth bag: Mainly made of acrylic filter material short fiber and acrylic base cloth needle punching process, it is widely used in the medium temperature field and medium temperature Mite dust removal cloth bag, and is suitable for various dust pollution industries and areas such as medium temperature harsh conditions.
High temperature dust removal cloth bag: It is mainly made of high-temperature resistant fibers such as P84, PPS, expanded glass fiber, ultra-fine glass fiber, PTFE, etc. through textile and nonwoven processing, and has the characteristics of good thermal stability, high filtration efficiency, and long service life. After coating treatment, it also has excellent characteristics such as corrosion resistance, water and oil repellency, and electrostatic resistance. It is mainly used for dust removal under various high-temperature flue gas conditions and harsh working conditions.
Different industries have different regulations on dust emission standards. According to the nature of dust and the production characteristics of each industry, the dust removal bags used in each industry are different.
Application of boilers and coal-fired power plants: Domestic boilers and coal-fired power plants originally used electrostatic precipitators to treat dust containing flue gas, but it was found that electrostatic precipitators are often affected by operating conditions, resulting in unstable dust removal effects. It is now widely implemented to replace electric bag type dust collectors or point bag composite dust collectors. Due to the large amount and complex composition of dusty flue gas under operating conditions, and the high flue gas temperature, cloth bags are required to withstand a temperature of 180 ℃ to 200 ℃. Therefore, high-temperature dust removal cloth bags that are resistant to corrosion, electricity resistance, and oxidation are generally selected. PPS dust removal bags are widely used.
Application in steel production: The steel industry has a large concentration of flue gas, a large amount of dust, and has sticky and fine characteristics. Different furnace operating conditions have different temperatures. Some operating conditions only require the dust removal cloth bag to withstand a temperature of 150 ℃ to 200 ℃, while some operating conditions require the cloth bag to be able to withstand a temperature of more than 300 ℃. In terms of the performance of the cloth bag, the use of medium temperature dust removal cloth bags or high temperature dust removal cloth bags depends on the operating temperature. The commonly used dust removal bags include Nomex, glass fiber/P84 composite needle felt, and pure glass fiber filter materials.
Application in the cement and building materials industry: There are multiple links in the production of cement plants, but no matter which link, the temperature of dust containing flue gas is high, and contains a large amount of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, carbon dioxide, hydrofluoric acid, and other substances that are easily corrosive to cloth bags. Generally, corrosion-resistant, acid resistant, and high-temperature resistant dust removal bags are selected. The glass fiber coated dust removal bag is widely used.
Application in the nonferrous metal industry: The nonferrous metal industry produces a large number of pollutants in production, which contain corrosive components, while metal particles have a certain degree of abrasion resistance. Therefore, generally, dust removal bags that are resistant to wear and corrosion, such as PTFE, Flumex, Metas, etc., are selected. If necessary, the filter material is coated with film or subjected to acid and alkali resistance treatment.
