PPS fiber has high temperature resistance, complete retention of strength, and inherent chemical resistance, which can maintain good filtration performance in harsh environments and achieve an ideal service life. PPS fibers have poor oxidation resistance at high temperatures and cannot be used with high oxygen content. PPS filter felt is an ideal high-temperature filter material, with a lower price than high-temperature filter material METAS, and is an ideal substitute for METAS filter material.

My factory imports Japanese Dongli PPS fiber, and all indicators of the PPS needle felt produced have reached international standards. In view of the excellent thermoplastic properties of PPS fibers, our factory uses imported automatic hot melt technology to produce PPS hot melt bags. The bottom, side, and collar of the filter bags are welded using the hot melt method, avoiding the side leakage problems caused by uneven needle holes and materials in traditional sewn filter bags, as well as the fiber peeling problems, which are all solved by this fully hot melt welded filter bag. The high-precision wireless seam filter bag uses digital in-place multi-point welding equipment to ensure that each point of welding is kept Z firm and consistent.

Characteristics of PPS needle felt:

1. Working temperature 170 ℃, short-term working temperature 232 ℃, melting point 285 ℃, limiting oxygen index 34~35.

2. Suitable for applications with an oxygen content of 15% or less.

3. Sulfur containing oxides in fuel or flue gas have been proven to be highly resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and chemical resistance.

4. Where there is moisture in the flue.

5. Under industrial and mining conditions at temperatures ranging from 190 ℃ to 232 ℃, PPS filter bags have excellent performance records when using a gas cloth ratio of up to 5:1 for online ash removal and a gas cloth ratio of 6:1 for offline ash removal. Application: PPS needle felt is currently one of the main filter materials used for pulse ash cleaning bag filters in coal-fired power plants.
