Using PTFE resin as the raw material, ePTFE waterproof and breathable film is molded into microporous films with a diameter of 100-500 nanometers through special processes, biaxial stretching, and unique technology. Moreover, ePTFE has more than 1 billion pores per square centimeter, with micropores 700 times larger than water vapor molecules and 10000 times smaller than water molecules. This allows the film to allow air and water vapor to freely penetrate the film, while repelling water from the outside of the film, effectively protecting the service life of electronic components.
